After our daughter,
Heather, lost her life in a tragic auto
accident on her 10th Birthday in August
2001, my wife and I were determined to do
something positive in her memory. We decided
to donate five of Heather’s organs (her
heart, lungs, liver, and both kidneys) to
five other individuals who were in desperate
need. As donor parents, we are proud to know
that these five individuals are living
happy, healthier lives because of organ
donation the “Gift of Life.” In Heather’s
memory we sponsor charitable events to
benefit The Living Legacy Foundation and other organizations.
